We strongly believe that communication is the key and we work closely with you to interpret and create events that exceed expectation. These are however creative interpretations and we can not be held liable for any misunderstanding or un-discussed design features that may not meet your imagination or personal satisfaction.
We insist that all events are made for celebration and fun and the journey must be enjoyed by all involved all of the time. We insist that any upset would be best met with discussion and clarity to keep the fun train moving along and the pleasure of a party playing the centre roll of each event.
When booking our services:
A 40% deposit must be paid to book our services and secure prices. This is non-refundable if there is a change of heart.
In the case of cancellation by you: Within 7 months or more of the event date - Booking fee retained and any additional costs outside of the deposit will be charged. Within 6 months - Booking fee retained plus 50% of the final balance. Within 4 weeks -Booking fee retained and full amount payable.
If due to Covid 19 your wedding is postponed we will make every effort to move with you and where this may not be possible we offer a full refund minus any cost incurred by us.
We must receive the final payment from you in cleared funds 30 days prior to the installation.
We will use our artistic license and interpretation in performing the installation services and we may provide substitutes and alterations to design if style elements are unavailable or if there are cost increases.
