Wedding Coordination

Just looking for on the day coordination?

We work closely with you up to the wedding day, within this time we create a schedule, take on all the responsibility and stress leaving you to trust us with the running of the day so you can enjoy every moment.

We step in 4 - 6 weeks before your wedding day to take on all your supplier information and contact them all prior to the event date, we create a schedule with you so that we are ready to run your day in the way you imagine and aim to give you any support you need, leaving you with the time to simply sit back and enjoy your day.

You have unlimited contact and we are with you all of the day, we get there before the suppliers and leave after all the main events have taken place. we can also be the last to leave, turning of generators and seeing last suppliers out. £1450+vat

Woodland wedding ceremony

We make sure your day is simply perfect! Looking after your guests running your wedding schedule, working with your Master of Ceremonies and making sure all your amazing moments are captured and followed.

Working closely with your suppliers we are there during the day keeping schedules running to time, fixing technical issues and making sure no one is lost, hungry or thirsty!

One member of our team is always first aid trained.
